In April 2023 we completed our first SelkieFit group shoot!
These girls worked hard for a few months prior to make sure they felt and looked exactly as they wanted for their shoot. They each did this for themselves, a personal goal and something to work towards. The package anyone brings to a shoot is super individual, there is no right or wrong. These girls all wanted to feel empowered, sexy and strong and that they did. It was one of the most magical journeys to go on with my clients as their coach.

Deciding to do the Selkie shoot was one of the best things I did last year. It’s something that me five years ago would have never done, and that’s part of why it was so special. It’s the greatest way to show your growth, not just physically but mentally, with a whole group of girls who are in the exact same boat as you. It’s the perfect way to push yourself a little harder and give yourself something to be proud of. I can’t wait to do it all again and hopefully meet some more amazing girls 
I absolutely loved doing the Selkie shoot. It was something completely outside of my comfort zone and I was so proud of myself for being able to push myself. My younger self would never have dreamed of doing something like that. It was such a fun and enjoyable experience and I loved every aspect of it, especially meeting the fab girls who were doing the shoot also. Cliona was so amazing throughout and made the experience so special for us all!
