How does it work?

First we will jump on a consultation call (no strings attached) after you fill out the application form, to get a clear idea of what you are hoping to get from Selkie, making sure we are suited to work together and that I am the right coach for you.

 

 

Then I will create a solid plan that is realistic for you and your schedule but that will also get you to where you want to be. You will receive a full set up video explaining how everything works and exactly what needs to be done on your end ahead of starting and over your first couple of days.

Training & Nutrition

In your personal plan you will be given your own online folder, that just you and I have access to, with a training and nutrition plan where we will build a weekly routine for you. You will fill out little pieces of info daily such as steps, stress levels, energy, digestion. At the end of each week I will send you over a recorded video looking through all of this info, discussing what we need to do for the week ahead and reflect on the week you had. You will learn and gain so much from these videos! These are your check-ins.

Training plans will be designed for whatever gym you are in or home equipment you have, depending on where you plan to workout. You can of course include running here if you wish and if you already do another class or sport we can design your workouts around that / alongside them. 

Your nutrition can be approached in many different ways, we will find what works best for you as many approaches work better for some than others.

What else will you get?

– Lifestyle targets are also a huge part of Selkie and relevant to the individual every time, such as monitoring sleep, improving sleep quality and regulating your circadian rhythm,  looking at your cycle and linking that up with your training, practicing mindfulness, focusing on gut health etc. This part is super interesting and surprisingly the key to assisting many other areas of your plan.

– You will gain access to the SelkieFit Resource Folder which consists of our private yoga library, workshops on all things hormones / gut health / running / mindset which have been recorded with individuals / brands who specialise in these areas, recipe books and restaurant guides etc.

– You will receive a monthly “Healthy Habits Calendar” with little activities to complete each day, if you wish, that are suited to anyone looking to improve their quality and enjoyment of life.

– Ongoing WhatsApp support and accountability throughout the week where we will be casually in contact, checking in on how you are, talking about training / form checks, nutrition, stress management, motivation etc.
